Garlic, butterbean & artichoke dip

This Spanish tapas classic is served warm with vegetable crudités


Ingredients
Artichoke hearts, cooked
240 g, drained
Butter Beans, cooked
125 g, in water, drained
Garlic
1 clove(s), finely chopped
Chilli flakes
¼ teaspoon(s), level
Low Fat Natural Yogurt
100 g
Parmesan Cheese
20 g, grated
Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon(s)
Paprika
1 pinch, to serve
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Put the artichokes, butter beans, garlic, chilli flakes, yogurt, parmesan and lemon juice into a food processor and blitz until smooth.

Season, then spoon into an ovenproof dish. Cook for 5-10 minutes, then sprinkle over the paprika to serve.
