The breadsticks will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. Or, make a batch in advance to freeze – they make great snacks, party nibbles and easy dinnertime sides.

- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6 and line a baking tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, combine the self-raising flour, Greek yogurt and salt to make a dough. Divide into eight equal portions then roll each one into a 15cm-long breadstick.
- Put the breadsticks on the prepared tray and bake for 15 minutes or until crisp. Meanwhile, in a small pan set over a low heat, melt the spread. Stir through the crushed garlic and parsley. Brush the garlic spread over the breadsticks then season and serve immediately.
Try dipping these into a pizza sauce. It’s a delicious way to upgrade your breadsticks!
