When it comes to roasties, we’ve been trying to find ways to cut down on SmartPoints. The solution? Hasselbacks!
New potatoes, raw

- Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Using a knife, make deep cuts, 2mm apart, into each potato. Put on a baking sheet.
- Combine the garlic, oil and thyme, and brush over the potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes, then scatter over the Parmesan and bake for a further 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are tender.
