Fancy the whole works for breakfast without all the fat and calories? Try this fabulous omelette.

Ingredients

Turkey Rasher, grilled

2 rasher(s), grilled

Tomato

1 medium, halved

Mushrooms

3 medium, or 4, depending on preference

Calorie controlled cooking spray

5 spray(s)

Egg, whole, raw

2 medium, raw

Skimmed Milk

2 tablespoons

Salt

1 pinch

Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill. Grill the turkey rashers for 1 minute on each side. At the same time, grill the tomato halves and mushrooms. Keep the grill switched on.
  2. Heat a medium non-stick frying pan and mist it with low fat cooking spray. Add the turkey rashers, tomatoes and mushrooms.
  3. Beat the eggs with the milk and pour into the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over a medium heat to set the base of the omelette, then transfer to the grill for another few seconds to set the surface.
  4. Slide the omelette from the pan onto a warm plate and eat at once.
