Frying pan peach crumble
5 medium, halved, destoned and thickly sliced

- Heat 2 nonstick frying pans over a medium heat and put 15g low-fat spread into each. Crumble the amaretti biscuits into one of the pans, then stir the oats, sugar and cinnamon.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes until crisp and golden. Add the peach slices, vanilla pod and 4 tablespoons water to the other pan and cook, stirring, for 2-4 minutes until the peaches have softened.
- Scatter the crumble over the peaches and serve warm with a 150g pot ready-to-serve low-fat custard divided between the 4 portions.
