Ingredients

Peach

5 medium, halved, destoned and thickly sliced

Low Fat Spread

30 g

La Doria Amaretti

40 g

Porridge oats

25 g

Light Brown Sugar

15 g

Ground Cinnamon

¼ teaspoon(s), level

Vanilla pod

1 individual, halved lengthways

Low Fat Custard Ready to Serve

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 nonstick frying pans over a medium heat and put 15g low-fat spread into each. Crumble the amaretti biscuits into one of the pans, then stir the oats, sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Increase the heat to medium-high and cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes until crisp and golden. Add the peach slices, vanilla pod and 4 tablespoons water to the other pan and cook, stirring, for 2-4 minutes until the peaches have softened.
  3. Scatter the crumble over the peaches and serve warm with a 150g pot ready-to-serve low-fat custard divided between the 4 portions.
