Ingredients

Honey

6 tablespoon(s), level

Apple juice

100 ml, as purchased

Rapeseed Oil

1 teaspoon(s)

Porridge oats

300 g

Ground Cinnamon

½ teaspoon(s), level

Ground Ginger

½ teaspoon(s), level

Vanilla Extract

½ teaspoon(s), level

Almonds

30 g, roughly chopped

Puffed rice cereal

30 g

Raisins

40 g

Dried cranberries

40 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the honey, apple juice and oil. Then add the oats, spices, vanilla and almonds and mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread the mixture over the prepared baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every few minutes to avoid burning.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool. Stir in the rice cereal, raisins and cranberries.
