Ingredients

Dark Chocolate

200 g, dairy free

Raisins

30 g

Pistachios

25 g, chopped

Almonds

25 g, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt the dairy-free dark chocolate in a heatproof pan set over a pan of simmering water.
  2. Line a baking tray that will fit in your fridge with baking paper. Pour the chocolate onto the paper and spread out with a spatula to a rectangle about 25cm x 15cm.
  3. Scatter the raisins, chopped pistachios and chopped almonds evenly over the chocolate. Chill until solid, then snap or cut into 16 even pieces.
