Fruit kebabs with passion fruit, rosemary & lemon drench

- Thread the chunks of mango, papaya, kiwi fruit and pineapple onto the kebab sticks. Push a few rosemary leaves between the pieces of fruit.
- Put the rest of the rosemary into a small bowl and pour over 2 tablespoons of boiling water. Steep for 1-2 minutes, then strain into a small jug. Scoop the seeds and pulp from one of the passion fruits into the jug and add the lemon juice.
- Serve the kebabs with the passion fruit mixture spooned over. Halve the remaining two passion fruits and serve one half with each portion. If fresh lemon balm grows in your garden, use it as an alternative to rosemary.
