200 g, red berries - strawberries & raspberries
Mint, Fresh

Scatter 200g frozen summer fruits over a dessert plate and set aside.

In a mini food processor, blitz together 6 large mint leaves and 4 teaspoons granulated sugar until the mint is finely chopped. Scatter the mint sugar over the berries and serve.
