Ingredients

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

250 g

Maple Syrup

18 g, (2 teaspoons)

Vanilla Extract

10 ml, (1 teaspoon)

Strawberries

80 g, & any other berries you may wish to have, sliced

Pistachios

20 g, kernels, chopped

Dark Chocolate

20 g, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a 16cm x 26cm baking tin with baking paper.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, maple syrup and the vanilla extract.
  3. Spoon into the prepared baking tin and spread out evenly.
  4. Scatter over the sliced fruit, pistachios and the dark chocolate
  5. Put in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until firm, then break into bite-size pieces to serve.
