The secret to this salad is to make sure all the ingredients are cut small. That way you get a little of everything with each mouthful.


Ingredients
Light Salad Cream

Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon(s), level
Parsley, fresh
2 tablespoon(s), flat leaf, finely chopped
Frankfurter
90 g, 1 jumbo, diced finely
Half fat Cheddar cheese
75 g, diced
Apple
1 medium, cored and diced finely
Celery, Raw
2 stick(s), diced finely
Pickled gherkins, no added sugar
2 medium, drained, diced finely
Salt
1 pinch, and freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl, mix together the salad cream, mustard and parsley. Season generously. Cook the Frankfurter according to pack instructions, then stir into the mix with the remaining ingredients to coat and serve.
