Everyone will love this easy meal. Use leftovers, or cook any white fish to make them fresh.
WW Wholemeal Wraps
80 g, finely shredded
1 medium, trimmed and sliced
Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 large, finely chopped
1 tablespoon(s), finely chopped, plus extra sprigs to serve
40 g, sliced
- Warm the tortillas to pack instructions. Combine the shredded cabbage, spring onion, mayonnaise and lime juice in a small bowl. Season to taste.
- Mix the tomato, coriander and chilli sauce in another small bowl. Divide the cabbage mixture, tomato mixture, avocado and cooked fish between the tortillas. Cut into halves and serve with the extra lime wedges.
Instead of fish, you could also make these with 120g cooked prawns. Remember to adjust the SmartPoints if you need.
