Ingredients

Vegetable Oil

2 teaspoon(s)

Beef fillet steak, lean, raw

4 medium

Onion

1 medium

Yellow pepper

1 medium

Mange-tout

1 portion(s), medium

Broccoli, raw

1 portion(s), medium

Soy Sauce

2 tablespoon(s)

Salt

1 pinch

Black pepper

⅛ teaspoon(s)

Coriander, fresh

2 tablespoon(s)

Instructions

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the steaks and cook to your liking. Estimate 2-3 minutes per side for rare, 3-4 minutes per side for medium, 4-5 minutes per side for well done.

Remove the steaks from the pan, cover with foil and allow to rest whilst cooking the vegetables.

Add the onion, red pepper, mangetout or sugar snap peas and broccoli to the wok or frying pan. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add the chopped coriander or parsley, then pile onto warmed plates. Slice the steaks and arrange on top, then serve.
