Cucumber

Instructions

Cook the bulgar wheat according to pack instructions and let cool completely.

Meanwhile, dice the cucumber, onion and feta. Chop the pistachios roughly.

Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper for the dressing.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, add the dressing and enjoy straight away.
