Ingredients

Margarine, Soft

1 medium, chopped

Prepacked ham

15 slice(s), thin , chopped

Cherry Tomatoes

15 individual, quartered

Egg, whole, raw

9 medium, raw

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a 12-hole ⅓ cup (80 ml) capacity muffin tray with paper cases.
  2. Heat the spread in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions, ham and tomatoes for 5 minutes. Divide mixture evenly into 12 muffin cases.
  3. Whisk together eggs and 150ml water, season with salt and pepper. Divide batter into muffin cases. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
