Wholewheat noodle nests, dry

Sambal oelek chilli paste

Instructions

Cook the noodles to pack instructions. Meanwhile, whisk together the egg and 1 tbsp soy sauce, then set aside.

Mist a wok with cooking spray and heat. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the spring onion, sugar snap peas, cabbage and carrot and cook for a further 4 minutes.

Stir in the Sambal Oelek and the remaining soy sauce, then add the noodles and egg mixture.

Stir to combine and cook for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with coriander to serve.
