A mix of protein-rich tuna and crunchy veg needs nothing more than a splash of vinegar and some seasoning to make the flavours sing.


Ingredients
Lettuce
1 individual
Cherry Tomatoes
300 g
Cucumber
1 individual, extra large
Red pepper
1 medium
Carrots, raw
2 medium
Radish
4 medium
Tuna in spring water, drained
2 can(s), medium, drained
Balsamic vinegar
4 teaspoon(s)
Instructions

Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, carrot, radishes and tuna in a large bowl.

Add the vinegar, season to taste and toss to combine.

Divide between bowls and serve.
