Easy tuna salad
1 individual, baby cos lettuce, leaves torn
300 g, halved
1 extra large, trimmed and spiralised
1 medium, thinly sliced
2 medium, trimmed and spiralised
4 medium, thinly sliced
Tuna in spring water, drained
2 can(s), medium, drained, flaked
4 teaspoon(s), white
- Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, carrot, radishes and tuna in a large bowl.
- Add the vinegar, season to taste and toss to combine.
- Divide between bowls and serve.
