Ingredients

Cumin seeds

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

400 g

Cucumber

½ individual

Mint, Fresh

15 g, finely chopped

Lemon Juice, Fresh

Instructions

  1. Toast 1 teaspoon cumin seeds in a small pan over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Immediately remove from the heat and crush to a fine powder using a pestle and mortar.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground cumin with 400g fat-free natural yogurt, 1⁄2 deseeded and coarsely grated cucumber, 15g finely chopped fresh mint and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Season to taste and serve.
