Want to make your curry just that little bit more special? Try serving it with this cooling cucumber raita

Ingredients

Cumin seeds

1 teaspoon(s), level

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

400 g

Cucumber

½ individual, extra large, deseeded and coarsely grated

Mint, Fresh

15 g, finely chopped

Lemon Juice, Fresh

1 tablespoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Toast the cumin seeds in a small pan over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Immediately remove from the heat and crush to a fine powder using a pestle and mortar.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground cumin with yogurt, cucumber, mint and lemon juice. Season to taste and serve.
