We love this dip and taco chips. They’re a brilliant healthy snack to fill in the gaps between mealtimes.

Ingredients

WW Wholemeal Wraps

2 individual

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Paprika

1 teaspoon(s), level

Chilli Powder

½ teaspoon(s), level

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

250 g

Cucumber

½ individual, medium, finely chopped

Mint, Fresh

1 tablespoon(s), finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Tear the wrap into bite-size pieces, spread over a nonstick baking sheet and mist with cooking spray. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and chilli powder to taste, and season well. Using your fingers, turn the pieces of wrap to coat them in the spices. Bake for 5 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 2 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve straight away.
  3. For the dip, put the yogurt in a bowl with the cucumber and a handful of finely chopped mint leaves. Season well and stir to combine.
