Low Calorie Tonic Water
- Place the cucumber in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Strain into a jug.
- Add the bottle of low alcohol white wine, tonic water and gin. Combine.
- Use a vegetable peeler to slice the other cucumber into ribbons. Half fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour in the wine mixture and swirl in the cucumber ribbons to serve.
