Ingredients

Cucumber

2 individual, medium

Low Alcohol Wine (6% Vol)

750 ml, White wine

Gin

160 ml

Low Calorie Tonic Water

1000 ml

Instructions

  1. Place the cucumber in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Strain into a jug.
  2. Add the bottle of low alcohol white wine, tonic water and gin. Combine.
  3. Use a vegetable peeler to slice the other cucumber into ribbons. Half fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour in the wine mixture and swirl in the cucumber ribbons to serve.
