Ingredients

Lamb Neck Cutlet, boneless, raw

8 individual

Breadcrumbs, fresh

100 g

Rosemary, Fresh

1 sprig(s)

Dried Mixed Herbs

2 teaspoon(s)

Salt

1 teaspoon(s)

Black pepper

1 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan oven 180°C, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Remove any visible fat from the lamb cutlets, then dip them into the beaten egg white.
  3. Mix together the breadcrumbs, herbs and seasoning on a plate and dip the lamb cutlets in this mixture, pressing down well to coat them. Arrange on a baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on how well cooked you like them. Serve with salad or vegetables.
