Ingredients

Green or Brown Lentils, cooked

2 can(s), large, drained, green, drained and rinsed

Vegetable Oil

1 tablespoon(s)

Chilli flakes

1½ teaspoon(s), level

Salt

1 teaspoon(s), garlic (do we need to add this)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the lentils, vegetable oil, chilli flakes and garlic salt in a large bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Spread the lentils out on a large baking tray in a single layer, then bake for 12 minutes. Stir and bake for another 12-15 minutes, until crunchy. Season to taste.
  3. Once cool, store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
