Crunchy chilli lentils
Green or Brown Lentils, cooked
2 can(s), large, drained, green, drained and rinsed
1½ teaspoon(s), level
1 teaspoon(s), garlic (do we need to add this)
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the lentils, vegetable oil, chilli flakes and garlic salt in a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Spread the lentils out on a large baking tray in a single layer, then bake for 12 minutes. Stir and bake for another 12-15 minutes, until crunchy. Season to taste.
- Once cool, store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
