White bread, sliced

Dijon Mustard

Smoked salmon

80 g, 4 slices

Tomato

1 large, sliced

Gruyère Cheese

60 g, grated

Paprika

1 teaspoon(s), level

Salad leaves

Instructions

Toast the bread, then spread each slice with the mustard. Place one sliced of smoked salmon on top of each slice. Then top with a tomato slice and the grated cheese divided among the four slices. Sprinkle with paprika. Then place under the grill for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve with salad leaves.
