Crispy gnocchi with ham hock & shredded greens

80 g, shredded
1 medium, trimmed and finely sliced
Brussels Sprouts, Raw
100 g, trimmed and finely sliced
3 clove(s), thinly sliced
Chicken stock cube(s)
½ cube(s), 200ml hot chicken stock
2 teaspoons, level
Gammon/Ham Joint, Boiled
90 g, shredded ham hock
20 g, finely grated
- Mist a large nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and set over a medium heat. Add the gnocchi and cook, turning occasionally, for 5-6 minutes until lightly golden, then transfer to a plate.
- Mist the pan with more cooking spray, then stir-fry the cabbage, leek, sprouts and garlic for 5 minutes until tender and lightly golden.
- Stir in 200ml chicken stock, mustard and ham hock, and simmer for 2 minutes, then return the gnocchi to the pan and stir until combined and heated through.
