Creamy open smoked salmon sarnie

Low Fat Soft Cheese

Reduced fat natural cottage cheese
40 g
Spring Onions
1 medium, finely chopped
Dill, Fresh
1 tablespoon(s), finely chopped
Wholemeal bread roll
1 medium, cut in half horizontally
Smoked salmon
40 g, slices
Cucumber
1 serving(s), , sliced
Black pepper
1 pinch

In a bowl, mash together the soft cheese, cottage cheese, spring onions and dill until combined. Season generously. Cut the baguette in half and then spread the mixture on the halves and top with the smoked salmon slices and cucumber.
