A super-speedy smoothie that is sure to fill you up.


Ingredients
Avocado
75 g, peeled and stoned
Spinach
100 g, 2 handfuls
Coconut water
400 ml
Instructions

Place the avocado and spinach in a tall jug and use a hand-held blender to blend until smooth. Add the coconut water a little at a time, blending continuously until you have a smooth drink. Alternatively, blitz all ingredients in a blender. Serve the drink immediately.
