Cranberry & thyme gin & tonic
Take your G&T to the next level with a delicious thyme-scented cranberry and orange syrup
1 medium, a few peels
3 sprig(s), plus extra to garnish
Low Calorie Tonic Water
- Put the cranberries, sugar and orange peel in a small pan set over a low heat. Cover with 125ml water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the 3 sprigs of thyme and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, cover and set aside for 20 minutes to infuse. Strain through a sieve and then leave the syrup to cool completely.
- To serve, divide the syrup, gin, and tonic water between 4 chilled coupe glasses. Add ice cubes, stir, and serve garnished with sprigs of thyme.
