Crab, tinned in brine
170 g, drained
Fat Free Natural Yogurt
15 g
Coriander, fresh
1 tablespoon(s)
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 tablespoon(s)
Sourdough Bread
2 serving(s), 2 x 50g slices
Radish
1 medium, small, trimmed and thinly sliced
Instructions

Combine the crab with the yogurt, coriander and the lime juice in a bowl, and season to taste.

Lightly toast the sourdough and top with the crab mixture.

Scatter over the radish slices and some more chopped fresh coriander, then serve seasoned with freshly ground black pepper.
