Coriander & lime houmous
1 can(s), large, drained, drained, rinsed
1 clove(s), large
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
Tahini paste (sesame paste)
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 tablespoon(s), handful
- Put the chickpeas in a food processor with garlic, yogurt, tahini, olive oil, lime juice, coriander and 2 tbsp water.
- Blitz until you have a chunky textured houmous. Add more water if you prefer it smoother.
