Quinoa, Cooked

90 g

Alpro Coconut Original Drink (Chilled)

30 ml

Honey

1 teaspoons, level

Mango

½ medium

Holland & Barrett Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine the quinoa, coconut milk and honey with a pinch of salt. Microwave for about 1 minute, until the milk is absorbed.
  2. Top with slices of mango and garnish with the toasted coconut flakes.
