Sweetened coconut drink

30 ml

Honey

Mango

½ medium

Coconut flakes

Instructions

Combine the quinoa, coconut milk and honey with a pinch of salt. Microwave for about 1 minute, until the milk is absorbed.

Top with slices of mango and garnish with the toasted coconut flakes.
