A minute to stir, then an overnight stay in the fridge takes care of the rest. In the morning, you’ll be greeted by a creamy, filling tropical-flavoured breakfast.

Ingredients

Porridge oats

120 g

Unsweetened coconut drink

320 ml

Pineapple

150 g

Agave Syrup

1 teaspoon(s), level

Lime

1 zest(s) of 1

Lime Juice, Fresh

2 tablespoon(s)

Coconut flakes

20 g, unsweetened toasted

Instructions

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the coconut flakes. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, stir to combine, then divide between 4 bowls and top with coconut flakes.
