Ingredients

Chia Seeds, dry

Semi Skimmed Milk

300 ml

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

150 g

Banana

1 medium, peeled and sliced

Pear

1 medium, cored and sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the milk and rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or overnight.
  2. Mix the chia pudding with the yogurt, then divide between 4 glasses or bowls. Top with the sliced banana and pear.
