Coconut chia porridge
Low fat coconut yogurt
Chia Seeds, dry
2 medium, pulp and seeds
- Put 120g porridge oats, 350ml skimmed milk and 500ml water in a medium pan, bring to a simmer and cook over a medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Stir in 50g low-fat coconut yogurt. Put the porridge in four bowls and top with another 80g low-fat coconut yogurt, 5g chia seeds, and the pulp and seeds of 2 passion fruit, divided between the bowls, then serve.
