Ingredients

Cardamom Pods

2 g

Porridge oats

30 g

Alpro Coconut Original Drink (Chilled)

175 ml, 160 & 1 tbsp

Blueberries

50 g

Instructions

  1. Put the porridge oats, coconut drink and 2 cardamom pods that have been squashed with a rolling pin until they’ve just split open in a small pan and set over a medium heat. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes until the oats are soft and the mixture is creamy.
  2. Once the porridge is cooked, stir in the blueberries and cook for a further minute until the berries start to soften.
  3. Remove and discard the cardamom and serve the porridge with 1 tablespoon coconut drink drizzled over the top.
