MEMBER RECIPE BY Anna Van Dyken. These cocoa and coconut bliss balls will have your snack time-sorted. Try adding some orange zest and juice for a jaffa twist.


Ingredients
Almonds
100 g
Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoon(s), level
Dates, dried
10 individual
Honey
1¼ tablespoon(s), level
Desiccated Coconut
2½ tablespoon(s)
Instructions

Process almonds, cocoa, dates, honey and syrup in a food processor until a thick paste forms.

Place coconut in a small bowl. Using wet hands, roll 3 teaspoonsful of almond mixture into balls and roll in coconut to coat. Shake off excess and repeat with remaining mixture.
