Coach Jo's melt-in-the-middle choc & berry mug cake
Egg, whole, raw

WW Belgian Milk Chocolate Bar
- Put the banana, egg, cocoa powder and sweetener into a bowl and blitz to a smooth batter with a stick blender.
- Add the strawberry slices to the inside of a mug. Pour the batter into the mug and microwave for 1½ minutes.
- Remove from the microwave and add the WW bar in the centre of the batter. Cook for a further minute.
We have used strawberries, but you could also use raspberries or blueberries, if you like.
