Instructions

In a small (2-litre) slow cooker, stir together the tomatoes, wine, tomato purée, garlic and oregano. Season to taste, then add the chicken, mushrooms, pepper and onion, stirring to combine.

Cover and cook for 2-3 hours on a high setting or 5-6 hours on a low setting, until the chicken is cooked through.

Cook the linguine to pack instructions, then divide between plates. Top with the chicken cacciatore and serve garnished with rosemary and lemon zest.
