Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a small pan over a medium

heat. Add 3 crushed garlic cloves and cook, stirring, for

1-2 minutes until aromatic. Stir in ½ teaspoon dried

oregano. Add 125ml vegetable stock (made with ¼ stock
5
cube), 60ml fresh orange juice, 3 tablespoons lime juice
6
and ½ teaspoon caster sugar, and bring to a boil over a
7
high heat. Boil the sauce, stirring often, for 7-10 minutes
8
until reduced to 180ml. Serve immediately, or store in an
9
airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
