Sugar Free Jelly Crystals
1 pack(s), (11.5g) raspberry
Plain Fruit Cake (no icing)
200 g
Unsweetened Orange Juice
2 tablespoon(s)
Low Fat Custard Ready to Serve
375 g
Fat free vanilla yogurt
300 g
Strawberries
80 g
Blueberries
80 g
Raspberries

Prepare the jelly to pack instructions, then pour the mixture into a shallow dish and chill in the fridge for 3 hours or until the jelly is set.

Assemble the mini trifles. Break the cake into bite-size pieces, then divide between 8 x 185ml dessert glasses. Spoon over the orange juice followed by the jelly, custard and yogurt. Scatter over the berries and serve.
