Christmas Brussels sprouts
Don't serve Christmas dinner without our spruced up sprouts. Go on enjoy!
Brussels Sprouts, boiled

3 tablespoon(s), level

1 tablespoon(s), apple cider
½ tablespoon(s), level
- Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5/190°C/375°F. Coat an 8 X 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the Brussels sprouts at the bottom of a prepared pan. (Note: If you can't find fresh sprouts, use frozen ones that have been thawed; just decrease the cooking time below by about 10-15 minutes).
- Combine the maple syrup, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl; pour over the Brussels sprouts. Stir in the cranberries and bake, covered, until tender and bubbly, for about 30 minutes.
