For a fun chunky monkey vibe, we top this bowl of Greek yogurt with sliced banana, crunchy nuts and a drizzle of chocolate peanut butter. It’s a breakfast bowl that feels deliciously indulgent but is actually a very balanced meal.

Ingredients

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

220 g

Banana(s)

1 medium, sliced

Toasted Flaked Almonds

Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder

24 g

Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt to the shallow bowl and top with the banana and almonds. In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter powder and 1½ tbsp water; add more water as needed, a few drops at a time, to reach a drizzleable consistency. Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over the bowl and sprinkle with the coconut.
