Chocolate Orange Tiramisu
2 teaspoons, make up to 100ml with hot water, allow to cool
2 tablespoons, Grand Marnier or Cointreau
Medium fat soft cheese
Fat Free Natural Fromage Frais
½ teaspoons, level
5 g, (1 tsp) zest, finely grated
2 tablespoons, level
1 tablespoons, powdered
12 finger, broken in half
- Mix together the cooled coffee with the Amaretto Liqueur, Grand Marnier or Cointreau in a shallow bowl.
- In another bowl, beat together the soft cheese, fromage frais, vanilla extract, grated orange zest, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder and sweetener until smooth.
- To assemble the desserts, line up four medium serving glasses or ramekin dishes.
- Dip the sponge fingers briefly into coffee mixture, layering half of them in the base of the glasses or ramekin dishes as you go along. Top with half the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers. Cover and chill the desserts until required. Serve, sprinkled with the remaining cocoa powder and shreds of orange zest.
