  1. Melt the spread and set aside to cool. Sift together the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder in a small bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the milk, the melted spread, agave syrup and vanilla extract and stir until smooth and combined.
  2. Add the orange zest into the mixture. Mist a 150ml microwave-safe mug with cooking spray then spoon in the cake batter into the prepared mug and scatter over the chocolate chunks.
  3. Microwave on High for 50 seconds or until the cake is risen and cooked through, then remove from the microwave and let stand for 5 minutes. To serve top with the yogurt and scatter over the remaining zest.
