This cocktail is yummy and the crunchy honey-coconut rim adds extra flavour and texture.

Ingredients

Desiccated Coconut

4 g

Honey

teaspoon(s), level

Rude Health Organic Hazelnut Drink

15 ml

Coconut water

60 ml

Vodka

45 ml, chocolate flavour

Dark Chocolate

1 g, shavings

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, stir coconut over a medium-high heat for about 3 minutes until toasted. Transfer to a small plate and let cool. Using your fingertip, rub honey along half the rim of 1 martini glass. Dip rim in toasted coconut and press so coconut adheres.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour hazelnut milk over ice. Add the coconut water, then vodka. Shake until cocktail is frothy. Pour into glass and sprinkle chocolate on top.

Notes

When toasting coconut, watch very closely. It can go from lightly golden to burnt quickly.
