Betty Crocker Devil's Food Cake Mix

425 g, baked

Egg, whole, raw

3 medium, raw

Vegetable Oil

90 ml

Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Slice the tops off the oranges and discard.

Using a small, sharp knife, carefully cut the flesh from the peel, then hollow out the oranges with a spoon.

Prepare the cake mix to pack instructions, using the eggs and the oil. Pour into the hollowed-out oranges until they are three-quarters full.

Transfer to a large baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
