Ice cream wafers
- Put 50g chopped dark chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Cook for 30 seconds on High, then stir and cook for another 30 seconds until melted.
- Put 12 sugar-free ice cream wafers on a cooling rack and drizzle over the melted chocolate. Scatter over 20g chopped roasted hazelnuts and set aside for 5 minutes to cool and set.
