Ingredients

Chicken breast, skinless, raw

100 g

WW Smoky Chipotle Marinade

WW Soft Malted Danish Bread

3 slice(s)

Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1 tablespoons

Asda Cool Tomato Salsa

¼ medium, sliced

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken breast with ½ the chipotle marinade and leave to marinade for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken in a griddle pan for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Set aside to rest for a few minutes.
  3. Toast the bread, spread the mayonnaise over 2 of the slices. Slice the chicken and layer between the 2 slices of toast with the mayonnaise.
  4. Next layer the tomato salsa on the top slice of toast, followed by the salad leaves and avocado. Top with the final piece of toast and cut in half to serve.
