Mango

50 g, finely diced

Sweet Chilli Sauce

½ tablespoon(s)

Coriander, fresh

1 tablespoon(s), finely chopped

Lime Juice, Fresh

Cucumber

16 slice(s)

Chilli, green or red

½ individual, red, finely sliced

Instructions

Combine the flaked white crab meat, diced mango, sweet chilli sauce, chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime juice. Top each cucumber slice with the crab mixture and garnish with the red chilli.
