Ingredients
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
35 g
Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon(s), heaped
Vinegar, All Types

Curry Powder
½ teaspoon(s)
Chicken breast, skinless, grilled
140 g, shredded
Grapes, Black or White
50 g, halved
Celery, Raw
½ stick(s), thinly sliced
Shallots
½ medium, finely chopped
Lettuce
1 handful serving
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mustard, vinegar and curry powder and season to taste. Stir in the chicken, grapes, celery, and shallots. Divide the chicken salad evenly among the lettuce leaves.
